Shipping & Returns
We are shipping world-wide. Shipping costs come on top of the retail price. We do not refund return shipping costs (but you do get the money for the product back). As we are a small company this is unfortunately at the moment the best we can offer. Please look here for the full return policy.
Shipping costs are:
- Germany: free, package arrives 2 days after shipping
- Europe: 4 euros, package arrives 4-5 days after shipping
- World: 7 euros, package arrives 7-14 days after shipping
Once your package is shipped you'll get an e-mail notification. The tracking number is mentioned in this e-mail. We have shipped to all corners of the world without issues. For example to the US, Japan, Russia, Chile etc.
We usually ship in a small box. Keep in mind that probably the box won't fit through your mail box. In some cases (mainly in Russia) you usually have to go to your local post-office to pick-up the package.
Once the package leaves Germany it will be handled by your local mail service. For example USPS in the US or Pochta in Russia. Use the tracking number on the website of your local mail service to keep track of the package.
It may take several weeks for take several weeks for the package to arrive. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but we've decided to always ship via post as the costs are very low for you and us - and usually the results are very dependable.

Return shipments are unfortunately sometimes necessary. We accept return shipments up to 14 days after you've received your order. Please get in touch and we'll let you know all the details. Shipment costs are not refunded. Neither the shipping costs to you or return shipment costs. So if you for example order a 39.95 sweater with added shipment costs of 7 euros and you return this sweater. Then you'll only be refunded the 39.95.
If you want to avoid unnecessary returns and have questions about e.g. the sizing: please send a message and we'll answer all your questions gladly. Instagram direct message or e-mail works best.
The reason for our strict return policy is that shipment costs and the costs to process the returns on our side are very high. We're still a very small webshop in comparison to others and there is no way we can offer free returns and run a sustainable business.
